After a long period of cooperation, HFC and MTO are now also working together on training courses for human factors and incident analysis. Time for a few personal words from our Managing Director Astrid Oehme:

"I am happy to announce that I have recently teamed up with Rainer Miller from MTO Safety GmbH to provide Human Factors trainings and RCA trainings for future Incident Analysts. Rainer is an expert in both fields, and I have had the pleasure of working with him in several projects on organizational development. He has been a great mentor for me, especially when it comes to purpose-driven hands-on work in safety-relevant industries.

We are providing the Training Program for Incident Analysts consisting of a basic seminar „Human Factors Understanding“ and an advanced seminar “Incident analysis”.

In the basic seminar, you will acquire sound human factors knowledge. It can be booked as a standalone or in preparation for the RCA training. The advanced seminar equips you with everything you need to know about the practical implementation of an incident analysis using the SOL® RCA method. It is also suitable as a refresher for Incident Analysts.
